Welcome to XXO Party. By booking a ticket or participating in any event organized by XXO Party Co., Ltd., you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Age Requirement & Identification

All attendees must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age where legally required by cruise/maritime laws) at the time of departure. Valid government-issued photo identification or a valid Passport is mandatory upon check-in.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All ticket bookings are confirmed only upon full payment or approved deposit installments.
• Prices listed are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Tickets and cabin allocations are non-transferable without prior written approval from XXO Party management.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive private group charter nature of our events:

• Deposits and payments are subject to strict release cut-off dates and cancellation schedules.
• No-shows or cancellations made after the official cut-off date will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty fee.
• We strongly advise all attendees to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations.

4. Code of Conduct & Safety

XXO Party is committed to creating an inclusive, safe, and respectful environment for the LGBTQ+ community and friends. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the event/vessel without refund if their behavior is aggressive, illegal, or compromises the safety and enjoyment of others.

5. Travel Documents & Visas

Guests are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from return date) and appropriate visas required for Hong Kong and Japan entries.
